Players should be confident with their passing and hitting skills, and be familiar with playing specific positions
The Bonnie & Clyde format:
Takes your team (which is a coed pair) and matches you with 2 other pairs to make a team of 6.
Your team of 6 will play against another team made up of 3 pairs.
Who you play with and against will change every game.
This is the most social league you have ever been a part as you will meet and play with most of the teams in the league.
Reverse 6s Format:
Net height is women's
Women play front row positions
only Men play backrow positions only
Men can only attack the ball above the height of the net if they jump from behind the attack line.
This format keeps all players in the action as anyone is a threat to atttack.
