Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Duration: July & August 2026
Pay Range: $17.60 - $20 per hour
About the Role
We’re looking for an energetic, reliable, and experienced Beach Volleyball Camp Counsellor to help our summer day camps at Marie Curtis Beach. This role is perfect for someone who loves volleyball, enjoys working with kids, and brings positive, high-energy leadership to every session.
What You’ll Do
Lead and assist with daily beach volleyball drills, games, and skill development.
Coach campers (various ages and skill levels) in a fun, supportive environment.
Ensure a safe, inclusive, and engaging camp experience
Help set up and take down courts and equipment each day
Foster teamwork, confidence, and a love for the game
What We’re Looking For
High-level volleyball experience required (current or former varsity athlete preferred)
Strong understanding of volleyball fundamentals, drills, and gameplay
Experience working with children or in a camp/coaching setting is a strong asset.
Positive attitude, leadership skills, and great communication
Reliable and punctual for the full July-August schedule
Asset/But Not Required
Previous coaching certifications (Safe Sport Training, Making Headway) or NCCP background
First Aid/CPR certification
